Welcome to KP Treasures. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General information

KP Treasures is an online shop based in Switzerland, specialized in the sale of trading cards and collectibles.

We sell and ship our products to Switzerland and selected European countries.

2. Products

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including photos, descriptions, prices, and relevant information.

Trading cards and collectibles may vary in condition, value, and availability. Product photos are part of the item description.

For graded cards, the condition is based on the grade and label of the grading company shown in the product listing.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

KP Treasures reserves the right to change prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders that have already been confirmed.

For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees, handling charges or other local charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

4. Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is complete and accurate.

KP Treasures reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment-related issue, or if delivery to the selected destination is not available.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Switzerland to Switzerland and selected European countries.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, postal service, customs processing and local authorities.

Free shipping on orders above CHF 200 applies to deliveries within Switzerland only.

6. International orders, customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their destination country.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees, handling charges or other local charges may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

KP Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, carriers or local authorities.

If a package is refused, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid customs charges, import taxes, handling fees or incorrect address information, any additional costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

International orders may require customs documentation. The order value and product information will be declared accurately according to shipping and customs requirements.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, returns and refunds are limited.

We generally do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind after an order has been confirmed.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, import VAT and any handling charges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

8. Cancellations

Orders are considered final once payment has been completed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kptreasures.ch.

We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been processed, prepared, or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

9. Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is generally no automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases unless such a right is voluntarily offered by the seller.

KP Treasures does not offer a general right of withdrawal for online purchases.

10. Availability

Product availability may change at any time. If an ordered product is no longer available, we will contact the customer to propose an appropriate solution.

11. Liability

KP Treasures is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of value, business losses, or other damages resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of products, except where required by mandatory law.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, postal services, payment providers, local authorities, or events outside our control.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, design, and visual elements, belongs to KP Treasures or is used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of the website content is prohibited.
