At KP Treasures, we ship orders from Switzerland to Switzerland and selected European countries.
Shipping area
We currently deliver to addresses located in Switzerland and selected European countries, including France, Germany and Italy.
Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the shipping options activated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, weekends, or public holidays.
Shipping methods and costs
Available shipping options and their corresponding costs are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on orders above CHF 200 applies to deliveries within Switzerland only.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country and the available shipping method.
International shipping
KP Treasures ships from Switzerland. For international deliveries outside Switzerland, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, postal service and customs processing.
International orders may require customs documentation. The order value and product information will be declared accurately according to shipping and customs requirements.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or handling charges may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported into their destination country.
KP Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or local authorities.
If a package is refused, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid customs charges, import taxes or incorrect address information, any additional costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination country and shipping service selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, KP Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
Order tracking
If a tracking number is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout.
KP Treasures is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned parcels due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kptreasures.ch.
We will review the situation with the carrier where possible.
