At KP Treasures, we sell trading cards and collectibles. Because these items are sensitive in terms of condition, value, and authenticity, our return policy is limited.
Returns and refunds
In general, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, orders placed by mistake, or when the customer no longer wants the item after the order has been confirmed.
Each product is presented with photos and a description so that the customer can review the item before purchase.
Customers must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kptreasures.ch.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and the affected item.
We will review the situation and inform you of the possible solution.
Item condition
Trading cards and collectibles must be handled with care. Any request related to an item’s condition will be reviewed based on the product photos, product description, and information provided by the customer.
For graded cards, the condition is based on the grade and label of the grading company shown in the product listing.
International returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, import VAT and any handling charges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or handling charges paid by the customer to the destination country are not refunded by KP Treasures.
International returns, when approved, must be sent back to Switzerland. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return parcel is correctly declared and shipped.
If a package is refused, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid customs charges, import taxes, handling fees or incorrect address information, any additional costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Order cancellations
Orders placed through KP Treasures are considered final once payment has been completed.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kptreasures.ch.
We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal
Under Swiss law, there is generally no automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases unless such a right is voluntarily offered by the seller.
KP Treasures does not offer a general right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or the customer’s bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by KP Treasures or a defective or incorrect item.
Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees, handling charges or other local charges paid by the customer are not refunded by KP Treasures.
